Admissions Fee/Policy

Admissions:
A completed enrolment form, parental agreement, and registration fee of £75.00 is required, until we receive these documents, we are unable to guarantee a place.

Nursery Fees:
Registration Fee Non-refundable: £75.00

Full Day Fee: £80.00 (meals not included)
Half Day Fee: £40.00 (meals not included)
Meals: £5.00 per meal

10 – 15 minutes: £15.00
15 – 30 minutes: £30.00

  • Nursery fees must be made one month in advance

  • Free Government funded hours will be available

Payment of Fees:
Invoices will be sent out on the last working day of the month and to be settled in full before that month starts (the date on the invoice). All bills must be paid in full before a new month starts. These can be paid by standing order or BACS.

Nursery Opening Times:
The nursery is open from 07:30am – 18:30pm 49 weeks of the year, except bank holidays, Christmas & New Year. Sessions are available between these times by arrangement.

Notice Period:
We require a minimum of one months’ notice in writing if your child will no longer be attending Halo Nursery, any payment made within that notice will not be refunded and further payment may be required to complete your commitment to the end of the month.

Late Fee:
The Halo Team understand that emergencies can crop up from time to time; please inform a member of the Halo Team if this happens. If you pick up your child late you will be charged as per your nursery agreement.

Changes to your Fees:
The Finance Team at Halo Nursery will give you one month’s written notice of any changes to your childcare fees and explain how our charges are worked out.

Late Collection of Fees/Debit Payments
If payments are later than ONE month’s your child’s place will be put on hold until all fees are paid up to date. Any outstanding debts will be forwarded to a credit control department for recovery.

Cancellation/Illness
Once you have booked a place, you are obliged to pay for the year, even if your child does not attend for any reason, this includes illness and holidays.
